The way I see things I have no issue on what anybody wants to do with their lives, so long as they don't interference in my or anyone else's life.
I agree with transsexuals/transgenders having all the same rights as anyone else, but at the same time there should absolutely be no obligation, nor should anyone be considered 'transphobic' for not wanting to date a trans.
That said however, you can't really deny that physical gender reassignment procedures which involve altering testosterone levels are linked with far higher rates of depression and suicide. This isn't because of acceptance issues, it's purely chemical. Also, no child under 18 should ever be taking part in surgery or any physical procedures to change their gender. Kids change their mind constantly.
