Ok, so this isn't a real marriage in VR (though I suspect this is possible in some way, or may be in the future). BUT, you can now experience a marriage ceremony in VR.

The Sega VR Akihabara arcade is bringing "Wedding VR" to the facility for a limited time only. The experience originally debuted at last year's Tokyo Game Show Japan event and was so popular, players had to wait 90 minutes to try it out. If you can't make it to Akihabara before the game ends on May 8, the individual character VR weddings are also available in Japanese on Steam for US$7.99. Players need either an HTC Vive or Oculus Rift headset.

I was highly amused at the thought of women waiting 90 minutes in a queue to try this game out, at last years Tokyo Game Show Japan event where it debuted.
