Okay, what we'll do Is delete your entire profile from Google Chrome. This will remove your previous tabs, hence solve your Issue.
Effectively, It'll go back to It's default state- much the same to when you first Installed the browser. Do note that this will also remove any personalized settings you may have applied. Here's what to do:
(1). First you need show hidden files and folders. In Windows Explorer, go to "View (tab at the top) > Options > View" and check the Show hidden files, folders, and drives radio button as per the Image below.
Spoiler:
(2). Navigate to Google Chrome's default profile directory being "C:\Users\ (YOUR USERNAME)\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
(3). Make sure that Google Chrome Is closed. In the "Default" folder (this Is where the browser's profile Is stored), delete everything.
(4). Open Google Chrome and you will see the Chrome startup page, meaning It's now back to It's default state.
Thanks for solution man but the problem got fix after i deleted chrome from run in registry and i close every tab before shutting down so it didn't start on startup. Hope the solution fix someone else problem.
