I'm sick of crap consumer hardware, so I bit the bullet and got myself some used, but immensely powerful network hardware. These devices are currently configured to manage my home network.
All you need to keep is your ISP modem. It's a bit difficult to setup as there is no fancy GUI on these devices, its all command line.

I'm thinking of doing a series of posts on network configuration with these devices, would you guys be interested?

Id be interested in the series and I’m taking Cisco 1 CCNA R&S. We use that same switch I believe but the router is different. And compared to linux bro the CISCO CLI is easy but it has its days lol
