I see your point and certainly agree that the number of requests have risen dramatically over the last few months or so.
I believe a significant contributing factor for the number of SE requests, Is the lack of tutorials. As It stands, there's minimal point of reference that (new) members can use to assist with their Inquiry. If guides/threads were created based on both specific and general methodologies (with some pinned where viable), we may see a drop In those asking for assistance.
In my views, the objective Is to decrease requests, not allocate them to a specific part of the board.
