I think I saw something very similar to this a while back that someone shared that was for a different car. Ever since I was like 13, I heard my Aunt always telling my cousins not to use their fob to lock their car because a "hacker" could intercept and steal the code. For a while I never believed her, but as I have increased my interest in hacking and stuff, I now understand her. Thanks for the share!

Samy Kamkar created RollJam which is a tiny handheld device which does exactly that, intercepts the rolling code and replays it back at a later date, I want to build one but I'm yet to come across the blueprints for the device, I managed to figure out the parts needed

Put it all together add the code and you've got yourself a RollJam now I just need the code & the schematics to put it all together.
