The thing is, monetizing (unless it's illegal) is normally inefficient and time-consuming.
I would normally just recommend that someone gets a job, rather than tell them to use some CPALead guide.

It's a possible addition, but I am not sure if it is really good for the site. Like EquinoxRhyme said, it would lead many leechers to join.

Point taken - but I know a lot of member's aren't old enough to get a job yet that pays too much. Also this wouldn't be like a main job - just an online business type thing. PPD, adfly etc.
