ALso i pay 30% of the comission once i achieve the minimum payout. The minimum is $50, and CPA offers goes high as $6 per lead.

No offense man, but I didn't understand a thing from your story. You need active sim cards and not old/expired ones, right? And how much can you receive by completing that survey, including the % you gave to the sim owner?
