Trying out https://hilltopads.com/ seems legit and I read alot of good things about it. I submitted my sites and it is taking a while to get approved. Its also really interesting how they assigned me my own Publisher Manager (His/Her name is Ike ) and Advertising Manager (His name is Roman )
