One of many things I can't handle when navigating around the net, Is "pop ups". The moment one comes up, I close It without any consideration of It's content.

Having said that, this Is an exception. It's well designed and non Intrusive.

I must said that, that is an public popup from "Fight for the Future", in their battle for the net. (Against net neutrality)
