A lot of people underestimated Harvey. I hadn't slept for 48hrs because we were getting nailed with Tornado/Flood warnings every hour. So far all of my friends are safe. News channels suggested that people still near the coast may as well mark their arm with their name/SSN/etcetera, so their bodies can be identified.
