However, I don't trust this for a second, as DDOS requires multiple computers, note "distributed". At most, this can be a DOS attack tool.
There's no way you'll get 40GBps though. Regardless of weather or not this is even a working DOS tool.

this is indeed a virus, why change the extension then?
also, if it's an api, it connects to a webstresser ( kind of) - why would you make a program of it? it can easily be reverse engineered and the api keys stolen, but through a website that wouldn't be possible (unless shit coding)
