Speaking of Belgian beer, are IPAs and micros popular there? I feel like that would be pretty awesome.

Not sure about IPA's. I don't drink much alcohol myself, though micros are pretty popular here yes. There are a lot of abbeys (not sure if right word) here and people that create beers from their garage ("so to speak").
We usually have a different "menu card" with only beers when you go on restaurant or to bars.
