I've been using the Android O previews since the first and I have to say they are pretty good. One thing I have to note though, is that most people haven't hit Nougat yet. Matter of fact, there are a good chunk of Android users who haven't even gotten to Marshmallow yet. I do find Nougat to be significantly more stable though, which might be something to take into consideration. I mean, "O" is still in developer preview, but the Nougat previews were more stable than this.
