So I'm working on a program in C++ and I want it to be able to spread to other computers on a network (such as school and other such networks where computers are linked).  

It's almost Impossible to provide a definitive answer.

It depends on their overall setup- of utmost Importance the security measures Implemented (server-side),  and the actual type of attack your program/tool Is programmed to perform. Whenever I look to exploit a given system and It's database, I always assess It to see what I'm up against.

Ok, how would I do this? I'm a complete novice in this. And the "attack" is just being a pain in the arse. It's more of a prank program.
