He did an amazing job and was one of my favorite (If not "the" favorite) staff members.

I now have other favorites. No need to mention, you know who you are.

I'm totally with you there. He's got such a great personality and people skills that suit the job. It's a shame that life gets in the way and you have to move on. Fingers crossed us current staff will keep working to fill the gap for our members.
