Well, around here we only have 2 seasons: Winter and PennDOT.

How's PennDOT like?

Construction, ALL THE FUCKING TIME. At least one of the roads are closed. Currently, one of three large veins into Pittsburgh which I use on a regular basis to go to work is closed (Parkway West - Interstate 376) now people are driving like 25mph on a one lane highway

This is every year.
