How haven't you converted your funding to somewhere else? I mean most people wouldn't trust Paypal will 3k cause it's just waiting to get limited (knowing them)

I was in the process of converting it all to btc when it got frozen. Went to send someone some money to convert to btc and it wouldn't let me.

That's a real big shame.

What did they ask you for? I was once limited with $440ish but managed to get out of it through finding the right paperwork and sending it.
