I mean it depends. If there's like 1 big and detailed tattoo on your back and 2 on each arm that's enough, but if 1 particular body part is covered in them that's too much.

I don't see why anybody would get covered below waist in tattoos, thats the only place I see where its kind of ugly to be covered

Yeah, that's true and seems painful because that part is pretty sensitive. Hopefully, they will be wearing pants.
