I'm saying he probably wouldn't have wanted to scam if he wasn't scammed and not paid back by the person who scammed him who happens to be a mod. I'm not justifying it. I'm just saying that might be a possibility.

Scamming a given member solely for the reason of being a scam victim, Is by no means excusable. I'm not saying he did It (I don't know the full details), I'm just stating my opinion. There's plenty of ways to vent frustration- scamming Is not one of them.
