At drugs we have effective dose it's a quantity of the drugs that make effect on you but the problem here always if you used it the quantity of effective dose will increase like If you used 1mg firstly you will use 2mg secondly.

People do a lot of things only once. And it takes time to build tolerance. Doing a drug for a few days a couple times a year is not being addicted lol
