[Infinitum]

I'm taking heavy medication since 3 weeks, was used to antidepressants since 1 year 1/2 and jumped on harder stuff since a event destroyed me inside while I was recovering.

I know It's easily said on my end, but please take extra care and try to keep everything under control.

Being open with family and friends (who're supportive), can be of big help.

I imprisoned myself in my mind since that incident and am keeping talking to the bare minimum, if I do talk.
