Has anyone had any horrific experiences with with pasting something they didn't mean to?

I was playing Conan Exiles a couple weeks ago and the people I was playing with worked out how to stand on each others heads. We made a 4 person tower and two of the people were totally naked (conan nudity for ya). All characters were in a crouch position and somebody took a screenshot of the view of everyone's asses.
I accidentally pasted this screenshot into a streamers chat on twitch that I moderate for... He had about 80 people watching TT_TT

tl;dr: I pasted a screenshot of naked butts from conan exiles in a popular twitch streamers chat.
