I don't really understand the difference between Social Manipulation and Social Engineering, but thank-you for the share regardless.

Well to be honest the folder was called social manipulation. I didn't read the ebooks, I know a few of them definitly weren't about SE'ing but I noticed some of them were. My mistake.
