Monthly could work but I doubt oni could keep that up.

He can just create a sticky on the discord thread, or the introductions idk.

I'm working on a bot as we speak to automate some of the repetitive stuff, so occasional reminders could definitely be implemented.

Doubt Oni will alllow the bot.
