I really like this image! It's very flashy (no pun intended).

I can understand you wanting to improve it for use on the forum, but unfortunately, as others have said, the image doesn't suit the theme. The theme consists of block, flat colours with very clean and defined edges. Your image is the exact opposite. It's not bad because of that, it's just a very different style. I wouldn't want you to compromise a nice image to make it fit the theme, as I think you'd have to lose a lot of features that make the image interesting.
