I mean one possibility is that you didn't have the money and wanted the account. Considering that you notoriously post about SE people, I think it's more likely that you tried to scam him and not the other way around. :/

for the record it wasnt five minutes, he was replying pretty fast during the whole transaction, then went silent for an hour and a half after he had access to the account
