Spoof your MAC address.

The router figures out who is who by MAC address, if your PC is blocked, but no other ones are, then change your MAC to a random one.
If he has his computer whitelisted, then scan the network or get access to his computer, then spoof your MAC address to match his.

NOTE: Only 1 computer with a specific MAC address can be online at a time, so one of you will be kicked off while the other is using that MAC address.
