That was the best post on this thread that I've read so far. Â Motivational (or whatever else that feeling was) too, thanks. Â I'll try to learn to read in japanese (kanji is a bitch). Â I already know another language (and a half for school) so that should help me learn new ones (get my mind used to learning languages)

I studied hiragana through memrise till i got it all down, then katakana through different apps. But i was told not to worry about kanji being hard cuz there are so many of them. nobody knows them all, someone said to me that you can spend years studying kanji and still see new ones daily. i dont speak it fluently, or really at all, im still studying it myself cuz i really aspire to go to japan, i love everything about their culture and stuff. let me know how the learning goes!
