I think It's safe to assume that most members registered on this board (and given the nature of It), would be Involved In some sort of resource-hungry task(s)- gaming, hacking (running VMs, VPNs, 60+ browser tabs open), GFX, Inclusive of data Intensive programs and applications and so forth. That's when the amount of available Ram plays a significant role In getting the job done.

I have the good old 16 bit "Windows 3.1" In a bootable ISO file that's around 8MB (yes "8MB"). Nowadays, any 64 bit Windows 8/8.1/10 Is anywhere between 3-4GB+.
