The odds of winning are so statistically low it's pointless. Your either lucky and you win or you don't but you can't game the system...

Same reason I don't play it, the chances are not in your favour

I guess some people really believe that they're gonna get luckly...

I guess when it comes to things like that people do think they'll get lucky. There is still always a chance, but of course a ridiculous low chance.
