What I would do; is find varying companies from around the globe and sell it to them; but then I'd go and release it to the public. With the money that I made selling it to the other companies, I myself mass-produce it and give it out for free.
I go and screw a few companies that are trying to make money off of someone's life, while I also help save said life for free. Of course I'd be doing all of that under heavy anonymity networks and never revealing personal info. Except routing numbers of a fake bank which I then transfer the funds received to my personal bank.
The chances are that the companies would buy the patent of the actual cure, so you ending up giving it away for free would break the contract and send you to court xD
Not if I myself patent it and just give them rights to make the cure using my concotion and/or just the generalized idea on how to; not the sole right to make it. Meaning that I can sell it to others, I only sold them how to make it not the full patent therefore they can't take me to court on shit.
They can't do shit if I'm the one making the contract. ;D
I doubt many companies would agree to that, without them you're basically nothing, they're all going to be big companies and take advantage of you, so if you don't sell them full rights they won't agree, and what will you do? Start making it yourself, they know you couldn't, and most pharmaceutical companies will all have good contacts with another and won't bother with your contract.
Well if they don't want the potential to make more money than they could previously by curing cancer, it's on them. If they want it they can purchase it on my terms, if not then I'd just go ahead and publicly release it after the patent. Don't care if I make money, just would have been easier to mass produce myself; but if someone wants to cure cancer they'd be able to do it themselves. Besides, I've already got enough money to make it myself, I'd just have to wait til some of my family dies. ;D
