Apparently the kid was on the zebra crossing when the car drove over it. So the kid was probably annoyed because he could've been hit.

Yeah, he certainly over-did it. Wouldn't surprise me if he had to pay for it too.

Either way one of them is fucked, either the kid/his parents have to pay for it, or the dude who owns the car has to/go through loads of insurance shit if it was insured.
