Save it as a .GIF not a PNG. It allows you to do that in PS, that way it saves your layers.

I don't think you understand what i'm trying to say.

I'm trying to make a animated glow go across my text just like some of the userbars etc,

But it does not show the animated glow when i move it around on clipping mask.

Hoping this was a little better information.
