How the site is going to be setup, exactly what features, what will be implemented, etc.
It might be a smart idea to get someone to get a photoshop mock-up for different website pages.
ie. One for a Profile Page, one for the Middleman area, etc.

Oh. If someone is a certified middleman it will be a checkmark next to their name on their profile. I'll do a quick HTML mockup.

You said you wanted to work together, I'm making the site. I've already started so please don't make a mockup yet, because if you do I'll always think about that. I need to finish the backend first.

I can get you a rough login, register, logout, and profile pretty easily.
