How would I get it back? Through a legal process? In a court of law no one would win, it's a stupid argument with stupid 'evidence' on both sides. And I'm not going to do the typical 'steal your money back' because I'm not that stupid.

Lie detectors aren't valid in any court of law, because they don't measure lying accurately, not to mention that the man who created them himself said they were not intended to act as definiative proof of lying. And people can trick the machines as well, it shouldn't be too hard
