Well, they lowered the requirement to get to level 30. It's a lot fewer games. Less than half of what it was before. They did this so now even retards can play ranked and make me lose games. Thanks Riot!

Oh that's tragic, I wonder why they did it. Were they starting to lose players bc some people just sucked ass and couldn't win enough games in the timeframe they wanted too or what?
