I feel bad for that guy, if the story is legitimate. As if being falsely accused wasn't humiliating enough.

I don't necessarily think it's a false accusation - he has choking charges as well. So, they have to have some sort of evidence.

I think he'd be ill-equipped to do anything but choke someone...
