I don't understand where in the riddle it states that I am the driver? It only says, "what is the driver's name?" To come to the conclusion that you're the driver is completely impossible.

When making or presenting a riddle, essentially, you start it off with, "you have," meaning that the answerer has this information to answer the riddle. Misconceptions can easily be made in that riddle. What 10 letter word becomes complicated when one letter is added into it?
