Private trackers will never dominate public trackers because there are way too many leechers who aren't willing to seed. Without seeders, private trackers wouldn't exist. Also, there is a vast difference in regards to resource management when it comes to private trackers. One example is just how they monitor the integrity of what's being uploaded.
