If you botted that's one of the signs of a ban, or if you have sniped or spoofed. It could just be a server issue, but most of the bans happening in this ban wave have had the same sign as you . So its 60/40 either you are banned or its a server issue. Also if it is the former, don't use the ban appeal page. The ban appeal page is their way of saying fuck off.

Do they have a website where you can see if they have any service issues? Not sure if that's a thing for them.
