All 4 wisdom teeth removed at once... holy shit that hurt like hell for days.

Same, they gave me sugar pills for painkillers, too. It hurt for like a week.

One time, right after eating eggs for breakfast, I went cycling around my block a few times for my cardio workout. After 4 or 5 laps I started to feel this huge lump in my chest and it felt like a fucking alien was trying to push its way out or something. I ditched the bike and ran to my house and threw up in my sink repeatedly.

I've broken my arm, nose, foot, toe, sliced my hand open, sliced my toe open, etc, but what I described above was the worst pain I've ever felt.

Severe acid reflux and high blood pressure? Or Aliens...

Aliens is more likely the case...
