The region locked Pokemon can be hatched from eggs, just not found in the wild. So he hasn't caught all the Pokemon that he can catch thus this thread is a lie. Good job to him though for the effort.

I find it still interesting that someone has put this much effort into this game already.

Oh I think it's awesome too. Good on him for putting in the effort and actually walking that much. He must have gotten himself in wicked shape while doing something fun.
