How does it pay? They do it by unit here, which is better than hourly because you can make alot more.

I'm on an hourly rate, so regardless what I do and don't do, I still get paid the same rate.

There's no Incentives, so I ask myself "I'm paid by the hour, so why work my butt off when I don't have to". If the place was structured differently and heath & safety measures were In place, my work ethics would be different.
