I live in Dallas, and am less than 5 away from downtown (which is where this happened by the way, the whole city of Dallas wasn't just in some big ass cop hive, though they did pull police from all the Dallas departments). I was actually headed to downtown coincidentally, and the train stopped early. The operator came over the radio saying he wouldn't be going to the trains next stop because of criminal activity.
Anyways, my family is really racist, and the first the said was "This is why we should still have slavery." What makes me angry, though, isn't the whole black lives matters thing. It's that BLM gets more attention than all lives matter, and similar movements, with the same idea in mind, just with everyone and not the black race specifically.
That's cool, I was really close to the 'protests' in Oakland. If you can call 2,000 black men flipping over and looting cars in the freeway is a 'protest'.
