Yes, that's evident. I certainly agree.

However, those who created the complex machine, should know It's complexity well enough to maintain It In a safe and functional form. Generally speaking (not aimed at you), It's simply not acceptable to say "Because It's a complex machine, we cannot maintain It, thus cannot reassure It's safety".

Did not mean for it to imply that because its complex, it would be incapable to maintain it, I meant that it could be any number of things that had gone wrong to cause the failure.
