    HELL no. Psychedelia and Hallucinating are two extremely different things. One can be quite enjoyable and intriguing (psychedelia), the other can be extremely dangerous, terrifying, painful, and scary (hallucinations). For the record, there's no difference between hallucinating and what happens when you take LSD, I have no idea where you came up with otherwise. Firstly, psychedelia isn't something that happens while you're high, psychedelia is the name given to a certain sub-culture. Hallucinating is seeing/hearing/feeling things that aren't there, usually while mentally ill or under the influence of drugs. Again, I don't know where you came up with the idea that hallucinating only means extremely dangerous, terrifying, painful, and scary visions. Either way, it doesn't matter what you want to call it; any psychedelic drug is capable of giving its users bad trips.
