In terms of countries, I feel like everyone is gonna be pretty bias towards where they live, so I'm just gonna go ahead and say Canada (inb4 I don't get the award).
As for non-country awards, I suggested @typhoid's idea of a comedian award a while back and it had decent interest. Another good one could be a kind of "scholar" award that shows prowess in academic fields like maths or sciences.
I also think that some of the awards that are never given out should be removed. For instance, nobody can be fucked to do whitehat work anymore, the majority of greyhats are skids that get banned within 5 minutes of registering, and a blackhat presence is against SL's rules. I'm also pretty sure nobody has the Grammar Nazi, Businessman, or Social Engineer awards.
