are you really so fuccin brokenheaded mayonaise brains that you think dudes are going to pretend to be trans just so they can use the girls bathroom and that womena re going to get sexually assaulted which is ludicrous when the stigma against trans people is so incredibly extreme that nobody would ever willingly pretend to be trans

In reality the use of public restrooms is far more of a safety issue for trans people than it is for non-trans people in the next stall.

Trans women have the highest murder rates out of any demographic especially non-white trans women and a very high chance of being assaulted or harassed compared to cis women.

TBH i'm pretty much terrified to use any kind of public bathroom now because of how big of a deal this is being made by cissies and because of transphobic people like the ones in this thread-- yes im a trans girl

What's on your ID card is what bathroom you should use. Trans people can and have gotten those identification cards changed, and more power to them for having done so. It's part of your identity and having that card validates it even further.

That's a valid argument from a legal standpoint at least, not that I agree with it though. Arguing against it wouldn't mean anything since I can't do anything on my own to change the law.
