In reality the use of public restrooms is far more of a safety issue for trans people than it is for non-trans people in the next stall.

Trans women have the highest murder rates out of any demographic especially non-white trans women and a very high chance of being assaulted or harassed compared to cis women.

TBH i'm pretty much terrified to use any kind of public bathroom now because of how big of a deal this is being made by cissies and because of transphobic people like the ones in this thread-- yes im a trans girl

That's a valid argument from a legal standpoint at least, not that I agree with it though. Arguing against it wouldn't mean anything since I can't do anything on my own to change the law.
