It depends on the nature of the post, no two are equal.

If It's an In depth tutorial and you're trying to determine It's quality, accurateness and effectiveness, then a lot of thought needs to be generated prior to Liking It. I wouldn't be hitting the Like button on a post (tutorial) that's completely misleading, plagiarized and minimal thought generated by It's contributor.

I didn't say you should like bad posts. You kind of proved my point.
If you like a post, then like it. It's not a big deal.
